Starter Chests
Hello guys,
Is it possible to get an epic (1350) skin or legendary (1820) skin out of the starter chest you get at level 5? It looks like I have only gotten 975 skins.

No. The starter chest contains roughly the same content for all players
"It includes an Ashe champion shard, a Garen champ shard, and enough essence to craft both of them. We’re also including a semi-random skin shard for either Garen (Sanguine) or Ashe (Sherwood)."
That was back when it was introduced, I don't remember if anything changed from what is gotten but it's all still basically a similar range of content 975 or below only.
If they're just regular hextech chests, then yeah. 975 skins are more common, but you can get better ones.
