why shen, sivir nerfs but lux and kindred buffs?

Shen and Sivir get played a lot, Lux and Kindred don't get played at all.

i have no fuckin idea why they would nerf shen. he needs buffs not freakin nerfs

That mana regen nerf seemed harsh on Sivir

Shen falls into the same category as Rek'Sai to me. Not that great for SoloQ, but extremely powerful in coordinated groups or full 5 man teams.

Because Shen and Sivir are strong and Lux and Kindred aren't.....
