Add Ap Ratios to Illaoi so she can benefit from movement speed reduction item(Rylai-Crystal Staff)
Not asking for alot, even 1+ AP would do, just tired of people asking me why i buy it on her almost every game.

That is the one reason I am glad she doesn't have AP ratios.
Hum... Or you could use the AD equivalent, namely Frozen Mallet? Or Iceborn Gauntlet. Really, what's your problem with Iceborn? It even synchronizes with the CD on your aa-reset...
