AD champion auto damage AD champion lifesteal (because, you know, AP champions don't have +Fleet Footwork, etc., and constant spellcasts were the only way to deal with this shit.. in my elo at least... which you apparently don't like).

The two energy-based mids that ALSO don't go oom

I may be silver, but I think this is a start. Just follow through and NERF AD.
