Trolls in ranked games

Is there any way to submit a petition to have there be a Vote kick option? i am tired of constantly being bogged down by trolls in ranked games. im trying to climb my way out of elo hell, but i keep running into people who just openly troll these games. Specifically, they run in and feed the enemy team a bunch of kills. then when we ask why they do that, they say "Cause its funny, noob" and keep rolling.

I've come across at least 4 people who are doing this in the last few days.

also related, is there any way i can report a person again, not directly after a game?

Just don't do ranked. Too much involvement for me. The skill is the same in Normals and Gold Ranked, just different tactics.

i just thought that maybe the "Give a crap" was a little higher on ranked... i guess not.

but i get as many trolls or AFK's in my normal games too. when do i get to the Elo where people still want to win?

slow if not purpsoly deylaed actions didnt use wardstone for 10 mins even though she had it super early... refused to engage as a tank focused bltiz not trista....

when you force your adc to take insane risks to try and make somehting happen. the least you can do is follow threw so they dont die.

i was called toxic for having to deal with a 1v3 bot lane cuase of how bad this supp was

supp ahs two parts. laning where they sheild and assit the adc...

then after laning where they assit the team...

even my thresh games when i last hit kills mostly by accident i make sure my adc is alive or dies over my dead body

edit in im half asleep so thre might be a bit much in the typos im still more awake then that leo was though
