Looking for players who actually want to win...

I'm not a great player, by any means. but i have run into a rash of players who just want to troll the lower ranks. the last 5 games i played last night i didn't have a single game where i didn't have an intentionally feeding troll, an AFK, or a team member who dies once, calls the death BS, and hides in base and lets his lane fall apart.

What im looking for are a few more casual players that still want to try to win. im not really concerned too much about ACTUALLY winning, but i would like the effort to be there. i will always give my all on a match, i only ask to run with people who do the same.

By the way, i am stuck in elo hell. bronze ranked like... 560 or something. heh. i would love to get out of that, but i know its not really possible at this point.
