what players should have to do before they are allowed to play ranked

1.riot should make a mini game of one lane with minions coming down like normal and if u cant get 69 out of 100 then you cant play ranked. 2.should be able to win in a game of checkers vs bots ( so they understand strategy) or something like this 3.pass a quiz on champion match ups/ what you have to do to win lane vs this champ as this champ 3. PASS a "are you a toxic" question air ( like the ones that tell you what kind of person you are)

There is a reason there are lower ranks, they are for those who don't understand the game and so they can learn.

That's kind of the point... Only people who are really serious about the game will do it.

The op is probably of the mindset that anyone who's too lazy to do so can shove it where the light don't shine.

normal should be for people who dont want to learn the fundamentalist of the game and who dont care about wining ( wining isnt every thing but should be a key motivator for ranked"

ofc i understand them.......might not know the match up for all 125 vs all 125 match ups but i know the ones for the champs i play ( idr how many champs are in lol)

Where does that leave junglars and supports then?

I don't know the rules of checkers and I have no intention to learn it. Heck, I've never heard of checkers is that edible?

If I play right or build right items I can still win against riven or teemo as nasus, but I guess I can't use that to answer the quizz even tho I'd do it =[

...?(I thought I did #3 already...weird) The thing is ppl who are toxic do not consider themselves toxic. To them, toxic speech is considered normal given their standard. Doing a questionairre might not prove accurate, and even if it does and we ignore the ppl who got pissed off&claimed questionairre is bs, they could just repeatively do it until they manage to guess correct answers and pass it.

My comment, is how would almost anyone know how to win any lane as any champion against anyone with everyones unique playstyles? it just seems like there are too many variables and playstyles for that part to make much sense
