Hello. i just hit lvl 30 with my smurf. and every game i matchUp with diamonds peoples.... tell me please how is it ? where is all noobs :)) Thanks

Ayyy, you must be very stupid. Riot has said that making a smurf just to play with noobs is bannable. We wouldn't want them to know though, shhh.....
You have too high of winrate/ it knows you're a smurf due to your in-game mechanics.
tldr: the mmr system isn't dumb, and doesn't want you ruining lower mmr games.
