Hello. 2 question to comunity and riot .
1). did anyone ever get unbanned from P-ban.
2).i read on google, was 2 programs about "secend chanse". tribunal and challenge to lvl20 w.o any reports...
so Riot, will be there any other program for give peoples one more chanse.?

Level new account and try to reform
that program for the unbanning ended along time ago, sadly no hope there Yes you can get unbanned if the ban was at fault of riot. If you were the reason for the ban, then very little hope of being unbanned (scripting/cheating/toxicity/etc)

A few professional players have recovered from perma-ban. (Remember Nicolaj “Incarnation” Jensen?) Heck, even Tyler1 has been considered for unbanning - apparently...if the gossip mill is anything to go by...
Good luck on that. It's hard to get an account revived - esp. if you were deemed as having toxic play.
