LF an Experienced Orianna player (Diamond V or higher) [Got questions]

So I've been thinking about learning Orianna to the point where I could call her my main and I have some questions about her rune pages, skillorders and would also love to get some general tips.

1. What rune pages should I have? If possible I'd like to know all the possible combinations I can use on her and when to use them (vs certain champions / team comps)
2. Mastery page(s)? I'm currently running 12/18 with Thunderlord's and a regular AP poke support page when playing in the bot lane. Any other pages I could try?
3. When should I max W over Q? I've heard this is an option against certain match-ups, but what are these match-ups?
4. Would she be a viable pick for top lane as a tanky mage similar to Ryze?
5. Tips and tricks?
