Aurelion Sol Mini Rework Idea

Aurelion sol lately feels really unrewarding to play, often boring, and he just has to many champions who counter him. His kit is really interesting and has a lot of potential which just wasnt used. Also many of you will disagree but i think his E makes him additionally vulnerable because it can be stopped and cannot be used in combat so he lacks escape tool and has one skill less ( escape tool cannot have 80 seconds cd -.- ( his R )). The person in a disscusion i linked above had good idea with his passive in my opinion but the suggestion for his new E is a bit weird. I would make his E be something like this: when toggled on open a portal in front of you and a fixed distance in the same direction further from you. Champions both ally and enemy can enter it and come out on the other end but enemies will be slowed, if aurelion sol moves to far away or if you toggle it off the portal closes. This i think would help because you can prevent those champions who counter you by making them dash into a portal and come out the other end.
