Mastery Emotes
Why doesn't muting a player's emote doesn't disable their ability to spam their mastery level emote?
The mastery emote is by far the most annoying thint in the game.

I agree with you but there is a emote mute button next to the champion with a smiley on it. It's suppose to mute emote including mastery emote.
Mastery Emotes were tied to the Mute Player, so that's the only way to do it right now.
They will probably fix it soon enough to have the mute Emotes do it too though they are also for the upcoming Emotes feature.
