Am I the only one who thinks the meta is overrated?

I'm not saying I don't like it, but I think that the general tank top, assassin/mage mid, sup and adc bot, and someone running around ganking is upheld as the holy grail of League gameplay. Personally, if someone wants to go and bot or something equally meta-breaking I'm all for it. Heck, take in the jungle - as long as they're not trolling I dont see why it's paramount to heresay to try something different.
