Please make so players who have bad internet can't play League
Why?
Its frustraing, how you have to wait 20 minutes to find a match, then someone dodges, then you have to wait another 20 minutes, then it takes like 15 minutes for the person with bad internet to load, we finally load in, and.... guess.... what? this fucking moron who can't afford internet goes afk, and boom we lost.
Internet speed has zero impact on those loading times. You did all your downloading when you patched.
That loading time is your computer loading the game assets you downloaded during patching into RAM. A computer with the game on a SSD will load faster than one with the game on a HDD. The slowest setup is when people don't have enough free RAM, which causes their computer to use their HDD as "Virtual RAM". If that HDD is full then it takes time to shuffle everything around to get a good chunk of continuous space for it to use.
We all have technical issues sometimes. Deal with it.
Dude, you can't predict that, it can happen to anyone at any time. You can't predict when you'll have high ping spikes because it started to rain/thunder outside or your internet provider is having unexoected difficulties. It even happens to me from time to time.
I already relegate myself to playing bots and customs, what else can I do?
Thats not fair and it's discrimination. Holding someone back from enjoying a game just because you have to wait a couple minutes to play is not fair, I'm sure you don't have to wait 20 minutes every single time to play a game, queue usually takes 2-5 minutes if you don't have a timer. Just because you aren't broke and can afford good internet doesn't mean you can pick out all of the people who can't afford nice computers and internet and say "You can't play, because you have bad internet." I have a friend with HORRIBLE internet, and she is the best god damn support ever. She really is and sometimes she will lag but she has never left a game. Therefor not everyone with bad internet is finna leave your game.
Ive been hoping for years that riot would class people with really slow load times or poor connections into a pool to prevent them from constantly being that one person who takes way longer to load than everyone else and then just dc's. Like everyone can get one free pass per month before being demoted into the slow group but they can work their way out with like 3/5/10 good matches depending on frequency of issues causing them to be demoted back into the slow group.
OP sounds like the kind of guy that lives at home and has mommy and daddy pay for the WiFi

To me the thing is, if your connection is consistently making it impossible for you to play? Just don't play. I hope Riot actually suspends them lol.
