His Q is as wide as sivirs Q the width need to be nerfed hard as balls. Applys on hit effects and huge dmg ratio is broken. you need to nerf the shit outta ez.

so you were crushed by a single Ezreal player that probably gained him. yeah no Ezreal is about as balanced as it gets. AP poke/caster ADC. Strong team fight, lots of utility, but weak. Ez usually can't make a comeback, and he's a very weak champion until he gets some items.

I don't really know what you are expecting with your proposed change. While it might make it harder for bad Ezreal players to lane poke before fights, it would allow good Ezreal players to more easily harass between minions during laning and sieging.

Anyways, you made a comparison between Kalista's Q and Ezreal's Q. You can't really compare champions by looking at the single skill, but you have to look at their kit as a whole. Most of Kalista's power budget lies in her utility and mobility, though her E is also very strong. Even then, her Q has similar scaling and higher base damage than Ezreal's Q, though it doesn't apply on-hit effects. Ezreal, on the other hand, is quite a safe ADC to play (long range Q, E to escape) but he doesn't really match other ADCs for damage output unless he's ahead. He has good poke with Q and his passive helps his sustained damage, but his W and R are fairly weak by comparison.

If you are having trouble laning against him, then you should know that you need to position yourself behind minions so that he cannot hit your with Qs. Later in the game, Ezreal typically sticks in the back so you shouldn't have much trouble dodging his Qs if you have vision.

In the game you lost to Ezreal, it looks like the issue was that you and your support died to him before 4:00, which let him snowball. Ezreal can be fairly strong when ahead, so you should avoid feeding him early kills. The fact that your Thresh rushed a Frozen Heart without health against a primarily Magic Damage team and their Ahri was also fed did not did not help your chances. It's not that his Q is OP, it was the fact that he was a full item up on you for a good chunk of the game.
