Teemo Rework Look at it please.

Okay I know that everyone hates teemo, but to be honest its not like that he is even good anymore or even over tuned. The free sweeper counters his entire ult. If you are in a lane against a teemo you just go all in or buy a sweeper. His kit now is trash compared to almost every champion out there right now. These changes that I propose here would make him a ton better and more geared towards his lore.

Stats- Range goes up from 500 to 600 Attack damage goes down from 54 to 50 Movement speed goes up from 330 to 350

Passive- His W and his old passive are now in one, but losses the attack speed buff. His new passive will be the same speed as move quick and when hit by an enemy champion or tower it falls off to his normal base speed. If he stands still he goes invisible. Simple yet effective.

Q- Blinding dart now makes the user not only not be able to hit with auto attacks but non ultimate spells and also works more like quinns blind or graves smoke screen. Again simple changes to bring an outdated champ back into the meta.

W- Is going to be another trap but meant to grant vision and add a slow. Will add 1 shot of toxic shot and grant vision for 5 seconds while slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds.

E- Random darts passive gives the same as the old E Toxic shot, but when active it adds a bonus roll between 3 different darts like Twisted fates cards. Green dart gives two stacks of Toxic shot. Blue dart gives a slow. Red dart gives him the ability to see them in the fog of war for a few seconds.

R- Teemo will be able to get his shrooms out and when an enemy hits one he gets a boost to his attack speed and is able to punish his enemy. This increases with level from 40% 60% and 80% and lasts 4 seconds after someone hits his shrooms.
