Do S- ratings no longer give out chests?

I ask because I just got an S- and no chest. I assumed the game just needed to take a moment to load up the reward and after a second match still nothing.

I checked to see if I had gotten a chest previously with the champion earlier this week but no, I haven't played Urgot since the 11th.

Is this a recent bug or did I just miss an announcement?

P.S. Thank the lord this site saves your thread progress if you're making one. I'm already a little annoyed and I thought a cosmic middle finger just came down when my page just crashed out of nowhere. Thanks for the save whoever added the feature in that now makes me wonder why every site doesn't have it.

They still do. Check your summoner profile. Do you have any chests available to get? Also, do you own him?

Certain third party lookups indicate that you have earned a chest with urgot this season already. Remember you can only earn a chest with any specific champion once per season, on top of the weekly chest availability.

If you look at your collection of champions you can see if you've gotten a chest or not, once you've gotten one you can't have one on the same champion, resets every season.
