Something needs to be done about Ashe and Yasuo

Randuin's and the Reinforced Armor mastery cut 20% off of Ashe's DPS straight up, and it's even worse with Yasuo, because he already has the 10% reduction in his passive. On a target with Randuin's and Reinforced armor(which most 9/21 mastery pages have),if Yasuo has Infinity Edge, his critical strikes only deal 175% damage, and his Steel Tempest crits only do 162.5%, which is almost nothing.
