Darius runs into minions trying to all in lvl 2 gets ignited so q doesnt really heal much and he's sent home early for fb. Teemo has to back because hes very low and doesnt know where the enemy jg is. Darius teleports back with having bought nothing but has a lvl advantage and is up 8 cs after Teemo gets back with boots and a long sword and enemy minions are dying to teemo's turret. Does Teemo really have the advantage after the fb?

(IRL I called my jungle to force him to back after i got back to lane so his exp/cs advantage was negated, but let's say if there was no jungle involvement how does this play out...?)

I think the First blood still makes it worth.

The problem is, you need to absolutely maintain that advantage. Given that you took ignite over TP, your pretty much banking on being an early game bully. While Darius is going to have way more map presence later in the game, due to TP.

the ideal scenario with ignite top lane is to kill the enemy and shove the wave under his tower ASAP so that he misses on something, and then you back and run back to your lane. He will be showing the wave also and you will miss maybe very minimal amount of CS, but the XP from the kill and 300-400 gold will definitely be worth it.

With first blood you get 400 gold. 10 CS gives you approx ~200gold.. If Darius is 8CS above teemo, then still it was worth it. Plus he wasted his teleport, so he can't roam.

This is normally something i was reading about, a lot of high elo top laner mains say that teleport is just much much better than any other spell on top lane because of what you wrote. It just gives you advantage, and if you die, then you don't miss out on that much,

The important thing to note here is that Darius has a level advantage meaning he's level 3. He has his full combo and teemo doesn't. The all in potential swings hardly in Darius' favor if he knows how to pressure and zone and Teemo and if Teemo gets apprehended then he should be screwed esp. without ignite. If lane stays normalized and Darius doesn't take advantage of his eary full combo then the favor is back in teemo's hands since he has gold and the level advantage will wash away quickly.
