The specific fact that karthus is an apparition should work as a passive ability to be invisible at all times (camouflaged) as long as it has 100% health, then the other abilities work better as follows:

PASSIVE: Is invisible at 100% health with a visibility range like "Twitch" and while it decreases turns slightly more visible and raises in ability power (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). And when he dies is fully visible for 7 seconds and can still cast spells.

  • Q: As long as karthus is full of health the cost and cooldown of this ability is increased but as he suffers they decrease. The same explosion.
  • W: Karthus conjures a static light apparition that slows enemies down as they come closer to the unbudgable image that looks like karthus is there shning.
  • E: Karthus appears visible to all for 0.25 seconds every second while dealing damage to those around him and those around the conjurations.
  • R: 'Passive' Karthus accumulates anger charges while he walks and trips on enemies or friends that would avoid him from going on a straight line (or stunned, slowed, silenced, scared, etc...). Can mark minions and monsters. 'Active' Karthus charges his will and deceives others by negating his anger with great power hurting those marked and his enemies wherever they are (friends=+slow,+blind,+damage25%to50% but enemies=damage150%,damage200%,scared [etc]).

I do feel like karthus could use some minor changes but these suggestions are beyond crazy
