Can rengar and evenlyn "!" be different and not the same? It's costing me 75g.

What tilt me the most my ally Evelynn's "!" can fool my team (which i did fall for it) and aid the enemy team because the exclamation mark can be translate as rengar being on hunt mode. I just want clarity. Also there is no way for me knowing the maximum range of evelynn's passive.
