Auto Attack Damage(AA) on minions is inconsistent.

is this a feature or a bug? I forgot to add that I use savagery and my damage changes all the time on minions.

What champion and itemization? I posted a bug about the Relic Shield behaviour a couple of minutes ago, and it could be related to this.
