who to buy..?

Fizz is more rewarding because not many players know how to Play Ap Top or JG and Fizz can do both. so when you need a ap top laner or a ap jungler, you can just rely on fizz.

I would suggest or , depends on your playstyle. Anyway, I am feeling that J4 can fill in every team comp and he can build assassin, bruiser or even full tank. I dont really like , she is strong, but also it will take a lot of time to learn how to use her properly and she got a lot of counters. Also she is good just on top, not in jungle...Darius is strong too, but he is immobile. Just Fizz and J4 can go top and jungle, but I would recomend J4.
