Talon

Just out of curiosity why are assassins like Zed, Katarina, etc that are some what similar have no resource or a energy resource bar and Talon has mana. I wouldn't mind a Energy Gated Talon vs Mana as none of his abilities are really "Magical" we would say. Doesn't make sense for him to use mana as he uses physical attacks. Just my opinion.
