It's ok for people to call me a retard, say my parents died, call me a loser, a drugie, etc but saying something even if as a joke is banable. Yes I was being extremely sarcastic and I was doing some thing like AD vlad but I'm pretty sure you're allowed to play the champion how you want to play in normals which counts for nothing. But never mind that. It's ok.

I have seen players saying worst things and not get punished. I don't think that this log deserves any kind of punishement.

Regardless of what they're saying calling for reports is considered harassment so don't do it.

Harassing and insulting someone else. Sarcastic or not this is unacceptable.

Conclusion:

Not the worst chat logs that I've seen, but there are some issues that I see.

  1. You have a habit of making sarcastic remarks and insult people the moment things take a turn for the worse.
  2. You act like a hypocrite when you tell your teammates not to insult others but yet you turn around and insult others yourself.

Advice:

  1. Sarcastic or not, there's never a reason to be a jerk. Even if someone else is trolling and acting up, as long as you don't stoop to their level you won't get punished.
  2. If you can't take your own advice to heart then don't give it, because it makes you sound like a hypocrite when you tell others not to do stuff that you turn around and do yourself.
  3. Don't call for reports ever, as it's considered harassment. Just keep quiet and report someone after the game without calling for it as telling them you're reporting them changes nothing.

My Verdict: Punish.

Additional Notes:

  • Under normal circumstances you only get permabanned after you get a 2-week ban first and also if you got punished shortly afterwards as well.
  • Punishments follow a progression system, meaning that regardless of how severe it is, if it's punishable then it gets the next step in line for you, which in this case was a permaban.
  • If what you say is true about being banned on the same day that you got unbanned then chances are that you knew you were on thin ice and yet ignored it anyways. I would advise to be more careful about these kinds of situations in the future. If it's not helpful or constructive then don't say it in the chat.
