You mentioned on the PBE board about having multiple iterations failing, and can't figure out where to take the item.

Has any attempt to make it freeze attacks from minions and monsters? Ohmwrecking to stop Elder Dragon or Baron attacks would serve a use when you don't need the item to turret dive anymore. It currently provides an active that helps with taking a single type of objective, by locking it out of dealing damage for a period. Allowing it to have that active on more types of objectives would certainly make it more desirable of an effect.

This makes teamfights over those objectives have an additional variable, and may expand the decision trees around those contested fights, instead of mostly "they saw us, drop it and try again later." I do like the item, I've bought it a few times on supports like Leona in the past, and would love to see it get some more play these days.
