Just played vs A Premade Gold funneling strategy and got demoted

As you can see by their comp things do not look good for me. I go complete counter runes, take phase rush and ghost in a hope to get an early lead and stick to them late game with my move speed, I even take the tenacity secondary. Game starts twitch is jungle. I wait till 3:20 to even get close to cs'ing knowing twitch early ganks. THE MINUTE I STEP TO CS HE APPEARS WITH RED. Lulu buffs him and I am being fucked by a level 2 twitch with level 3 lulu top. I flash away and proceed to get tower dived, twitch now normally lanes forgetting about his jungle. Games goes to shit from there. Twitch gets his items way too fast, our tower falls wayyy too fast because my jungler cannot camp me, its not his job to, he has other lanes to attend to.

A summary of the game would be, no matter what I did the impact was non existent. Their comp was centered around Late game, and they played to win early game, top and bot were premades so their coordination was obviously better. I managed to double kill twitch and lulu with graves, lux finishes me off. Twitch comes back with a bloodrazor and a zeal. At this point, I have half a trinity and merc boots. Twitch has a and a slave of a lulu sucking his dick and making sure whatever mistakes he makes is covered.

I could go into deeper detail, but there is no point.Some key points to rant about are, Baron spawns at 20:00 with all of towers gone, 20:11 Baron is gone. (Nice Boss objective btw very strong Riot). And then we lose. 0 resistance from our team. Morgana Lux and Lulu constantly shield the Twitch that is destroying us from 800 range.I BUILT FULL ARMOUR AND THE SHIELDS OUT TANKED ME.

In conclusion I have two things I wanna say.

1. What the fuck am I supposed to do. They have better coordination being premades, their strategy insures Twitch has double my items, and their entire comp is based around one idiot destroying a full team before we can blink, kind of like Yi + Taric. And generally any advice is welcome, playing safe doesnt work since I get tower dived after being poked to 300 hp. Any real threat to their comp, for example a champ with dashes, were banned. Yi, Yasuo,Irelia. Zed and Pyke.

2. I dont deserve to be demoted. Honestly, I know I have ranted and swore. But on a serious note, there was nothing I could have done. I doubt a professional player could have won that. Why is it ranked if my skill has no impact? My team was fine, they did the best they could, they were up vs premades with a revised strategy. (Except this flaming shit Kassadin but nvm).

Sorry for the rant but I want to know if this is normal, I just got promoted to Platinum 1 thinking I was gonna have to up my skills, learn better wave management beyond freezing etc, I was close to Diamond after all. I WAS WRONG.
