ELO Hell: Bronze V Flex Queue Edition

I've been stuck in Diamond 5 Flex Queue 0 LP since two weeks after Season 8 began.

In my Solo Queue provisional games I went 1 win 9 losses and got placed in Bronze 2. I climbed to Gold 3 in 48 games with an 83% winrate as Jax top and Nami support. I climbed out of Bronze 2 to Silver 5 with a 100% winrate on the Diana + Taric boosting strat with a friend. Then went on a Solo Queue grind up the ladder pretty easily. Once I hit Mid Gold and I knew there was no LP decay I switched my focus towards Flex Queue where I slowly dropped down to Bronze 5.

On my way from B1 to B5, I met several diamond solo queue players with perfect cs scores and 20+ kills in their games yet they would lose them on purpose not by trolling but by leaving the fate of the game in their teammates hands, who would usually prioritize kills over objectives even when they had 20 k gold leads.

Now in the 65 games I've played in B5 flex queue, I have made more friends than the 600+ games I've played in Blind / Draft games and I feel like I'm in a Challenger Ranked community since everyone knows everyone and no one except for myself and very few others actually want want to climb ( and not purposely demote themselves )

I had a game where our Heimerdinger mid lane with Ghost + TP went 0/22/0 at 8 minutes and when I tried to gank once I got onshot by a Lvl 16 Annie at 15 minutes with 3 full items + boots. I thought Annie countered Heimer hard so I picked Annie against Heimer when I got autofilled mid the exact next game, long story short, my stats were so bad I got kicked out of my Flex Queue group.

Another instance our Lvl 7 mastery Lulu whose account was Lvl 327 jumped into the enemy fountain 40 times, after our diamond Lucian made the enemy Vayne go 23/0/2, however the next game that same Lulu Lucian duo bot lane troll was on the enemy team so our Miss Fortune was 13/0/1 at ten minutes and this game looked promising. Except when our Udyr called MF some bad words for KS'ing then MF and Udyr went afk, then our midlane twitch also Diamond 3 in Solo queue went AFK so me and Janna just danced in base till we got collapsed on.

Every game I win is only because the enemy team trolls and every game I lose is because my team trolls. I have won games when the my KDA was 6/45/22 and won games where the whole enemy team was smurfs and had 125 kills total at 15 minutes.

It is also funny because all these higher ELO players demote themselves to have fun and destroy bronzies but end up encountering more smurfs. I also know that I have much to learn more about because I struggle to lane against these players who maintain 9-10 cs/min while poking me out of lane.

TL;DR there are more Diamond Solo Queue players in Bronze 5 Flex Queue than there are Bronze 5 Solo Queue players. I asked the enemy Fizz why he was smurfing ( KDA : 62/3/39 ) and he said " for fun, " now that same Fizz was the person who added me and coached me from Silver 3 To Gold 3 while claiming to be a former Pro Team coach who wouldn't reveal his identity.
