Matchmaking seems a bit off

Unfortunately this happens a lot.. sub 30 team completely unranked somehow matched with high ranking players (screenshot of matchup is the link). Only waited in queue for less than 2 mins so it's not like it was a long wait trying to find a team. It's not fun at all in these situations.. we barely made it to 20 to surrender. Just a pattern I've been seeing and I'm sure others have too, but your support system suggested I post feedback here so I am. Womp :/

It seems that Ashe, Udyr, and Morgana are high-level smurfs, around the Platinum 3 to Gold 4 skill level. I'm not necessarily saying it's fair for a full level 30 team to be matched against a predominantly pre-30 team, but I did want to jump in and say that the MMR of the players should've been just about even.
