[GAMEPLAY] Keys not working for items/skills

I am not sure how to reproduce this and it has only happened twice, but the two times it has happened is very frustrating. Also, having happened twice it makes me think it'll happen again. I get into the game and everything seems normal, but none of the keys work to activate skills, spells or items. However, I know it's not my keyboard because I can type in the chat just fine when this happens. But pressing Q,W,E,D,F and the numbers won't activate anything, I have to physically click on the ability or item. Exiting the game alone does not fix this but exiting the client entirely and getting back in does. I'm not sure what causes it but it causes me to fall behind early game which really sucks. Luckily it has only happened twice but I am afraid it will happen again.
