Playing strong teamfight champions

Only playing my main champ/role

Taking Breaks

Playing 10 games a day

Destroying enemy team and receiving s+

Feeding and receidving D

Trying to convince team not to feed and to play good

Stick with comfort picks over meta picks and minimize your pool as much as possible.
