Why do I always feel so low when I buy this item on Katharina? I have full build 700 ap I buy this item and It seems like I am doing lower damage than I should is it me or the item has secret passive? ... PS: I don't wanna sound dumb srsly is it me or the item

It isn't a high AP item really. You buy it for survivability, the slow and its synergy with Liandry's, really.
