One of these days Rito might just fix death recaps so they actually remotely make some sort of sense.
The issues with death recaps are known, and I rarely see one that makes any sort of sense.
It would be very helpful to know what is killing me so I could build against it, rather than trying to figure out what 
is actually supposed to stand for...

Once upon a time I checked my death recap because I died EXTREMELY fast. I checked it like 400 from the ADC, 800 from mid, and 600 from Akali(I'm rounding of course, and I was the ADC, so I was squishy.) I was staring at it for like the full 50~ seconds I was dead, soon to revive I closed it and hit tab to check and see their champions. I found that they had no Akali on their team.
The Phantom of Akali had stricken me into oblivion.

Flash didnt kill you. Riot has bugs often like I remember the flash icon was pulsing on sunfire cape a couple moths ago. It probably just was bugged and said flash killed you.
Finally! I've been waiting for this to be a thing. Need that extra aggressive damage for all-ins xD
