Seriously if you want to win with your eyes closed while your internet is down play heimerdinger. Give me one justification for this champ. Turrets have what 500+ health? do 1000000 dmg? plus his missle and ult and everything else he gets. you gotta be fucking kidding me. I'm looking for any explanation of how he's is "balanced" in any way whatsoever.
Imo heim is about mechanical counters, you should buy him and get to know him a bit better.
Since Ive owned him, I dont really see losses against him, but if youre a newer player I get your frustrations.
Bait the stun or missiles, bait the cannons blue beam (dodge it) dive the turret and magically: heimer is not a threat.

Play any mage with decent mid-long range clear.
He's completely useless if you're just removing his turrets from play. They're the majority of his damage and clear.
Play Xerath, Azir, Malz, literally anyone with decent ranged clear that doesn't cost a fortune in mana. Heimer doesn't do well vs. champs with decent clear and decent range.
I was playing adc and it took 2-3 shots to kill a single turret which he just put a new one up the second i destroyed one and i was dodging a lot of his moves but when he can half your life with one shot there's nothing that can be done. i'm not new but i'm nothing special either. I've just never had so much of a problem against any champ before.
Heimer excels at fighting enemies that have to engage at his range while the turrets are up, but without them or if he is out ranged he's going to have a bad time, abuse that.
completely agree this is a piece of shit character that breaks all of league of legends
