A concerned jungler asking about plants

Now, I personally think Riot gets way too much shit for stuff. I think as a company, they are actually a pretty good one but I have to ask, why are you removing smite buffs? I was actually thinking that the plants were going to be an incredible thing that would add a very interesting thing to the jungle, but the removal of smite buffs just seems, well insane. I feel as if the argument of no one knows how to use them is kind of well, a cop out. I'm a bronzie and I know how these buffs work and how to use them fairly efficiently. So, I just have a few questions.

One: why are you guys removing smite buffs. I feel as if they are so instrumental in keeping me healthy in the jungle, helping take camps quickly, get vision control, etc.

Two: I feel as if these plants are going to mess up my own jungling, as the odds of my team going into my jungle to just take these away seems very likely, and I feel as if these are going to increase counter jungling in general. Is there going to be anything to counter this?

Three: Scuttle control. The krug smite buff is so important in helping junglers that don't have any form of slow/CC to get control of scuttle in the early game. Is there going to be a plant that will give this buff to help those junglers out?

I hope I get some answers to these questions, and I hope that plants won't completely ruin my jungling ability.

The impression I'm getting is that they don't like that players have "figured out" the jungle, so they want to make it less predictable/reliable by introducing a form of RNG.

Personally, I think they chose a horrible approach for this issue. Even if it may end up being better than the current system (which I highly doubt), the Dynamic Queue debacle has soured trust in Riot from much of the community.

I started playing when season 6 started, so I can't exactly say anything about Dynamic Que other than a lot of people hate it. I think the RNG factor of plants would be a nice addition, but I think its unnecessary to remove smite buffs in addition to the plants.
