Future ideas for Ekko abilities

Mana Regen:

  • Passive - Gain 1/3/5 (level 1/8/15) (+ 1% of missing mana) mana back after activating Z-Drive on any target
  • Notes: Allows some mana back if engaging and want to continue or disengage, as well as better sustain in lane. OR
  • E - Gain 5/10/15/20/25 (+ 5% max mana) mana back after blinking to a target
  • Notes: Allows a little mana back early if you fail to use it on champ and instead want to hit a minion. Late game, mana will be able to be restored after hard engages and perhaps allow using ult if engage goes south.

Hitting Passive:

  • E - Micro-stuns for .2s target after blinking
  • Notes: Allows easier hits on passive and to allow animation to stop

I have no clue how to balance and I am not at my computer so I can’t test some of this out, but this is what I think can help make laneing easier for Ekko. Please leave feedback and ideas, I am not sure if something is too overpowered or not.

remove time warp tonic then we can talk. also mana regen on landing his E would be cancerous to play against cause one would never have a window to play around him having no resources. mana regen on z-drive proc, maybe, problem is that he really doesn't need it at all. i mean he currently regens mana pretty well if you must regen it.
