Dynamic Queue is not Champion Select

I see this confused way more that it should be. I hope this helps to clarify this for more people.

This is Dynamic Queue. Notice how Dynamic Queue is everything you do not interact with. Dynamic Queue is all the behind the scenes before champion select. The only thing you do interact with is the number of people you invite to ranked.

This is champion select. Champion select on the other hand is all the things you interact with. The things you actually click: your position, your champion, your bans, et cetera.
