Spirit visage problems

The problems currently with it on the nerfs is that gives 150% health regeneration and if spirit visage was to get hit, it would have 50% under it's building path

The issue with spirit visage's it's build path is amazing for laning. The kindle gem is amazing for nasus and quite a bit of others who like the cdr early and tank.

The spectre's cowl allows for trades and offers to be the best item to fight rumble and other ap top laners.

Stats: currently

425 60 200% health regen 10% cooldown reduction

The nerfs propose to 425 --> 450 60 --> 55 200% --> 100%

which build path for spirit visage offers 150%

My proposition is that we take down 55 -- 50 mr if we have to, but the health regen for spirit visage is way too important than you think because that 200% currently gives off a lot of regen + 30% for that regen alone making it huge, it's one of the best regenerative item which came from the beautiful item force of nature (my forever missed item), with warmogs along with it as it's 2 pieces. FON always focused on the regen and it was quite lovely.
