It's obvious but still it doesn't exist?
Why don't we have a 1vs1 mode yet, like in a new kind of big map? So all the "1vs1 me after this" can learn something for real? And, expecially, I can blame me and only me for my mistakes?

It is called custom games. If it is the situation you are describing then you would have to be friends with the person to get in a 1v1 game with them in the first place, so just do a custom.
Just because riot NEEDS to make it doesn't mean they will. And if they do, God only knows how far into the future it'll be. You can still do 1v1 custom games though. (I think)
It's different. I'd want to challenge random people in a new map that is a proper one for 1v1. Custom games are boring and nobody uses that.
Because League of Legends is a MOBA, it's fundamentally designed for multiple player teams and the game doesn't really work outside of it. It's something those "1v1 bro" guys don't understand (among a great many other things, obviously), 1v1s don't mean anything because they eliminate so many mechanics from the game, as well as individual W/Ls don't say anything about player skill. The game is designed for teams and 1v1s eliminate things like teamplay, rotations, objective play, and an entire page of interactions. There's also the fact that there are many champions are simply, flat-out stronger in 1v1 scenarios while others are stronger in 2v2s or 5v5s etc and so on. It's the combination of weaknesses in one scenario and strengths in another that creates the balance of the champion, but that's removed in a 1v1 as well.
