Could this be a thing? I don't know if anyone else has asked about this or thought of bringing it up (I'm sure someone has), but it would be nice so we could easily avoid trolls that are looking to ruin everyone's time without losing LP and being put on a timer because we actively decided to avoid toxicity.
That would be abused, anytime you'll pick something off meta or that the team doesnt want, you'll get kicked. In a perfect world it's a good idea, im not sure it would be practical tho

This would give any of the 10 players in the lobby the power to hold everyone else hostage until they get their chosen champion.
I'm saying everyone gets out scot-free. Even the troll in question. Sure, you have to wait a little longer for a queue, but if people are going to rage at you for your pick when you're trying to be legit, they're most likely going to also be toxic once the game starts.
