P.s : My english is not good Youmuu's Ghostblade need to be reverted to pre 4.10. 20% movement speed burst buff from it's active is more un-healthy than 8% move speed passive of his item is OK on champion like / . but in / 's hand, it's toxic item when against non-dash/jump melee champion. Just look on ,her W boosts her speed by 17 / 19 / 21 / 23 / 25% in 5 seconds, meanwhile gives 20% speed in 6 seconds. She has no chance to deal after her W over.
