I faced 
recently and his ult was never not up, i could never kill him, he is not balanced, his bombs do too much damage, and his all around kit makes him unstoppable!

Damn, Zilean must be timetraveling from back before his passive was nerfed. How do we beat a champion that can't be nerfed!?
I'm pretty sure Irelia needs a nerf at some point as well.

Because trying to hit an enemy with those bombs is like trying to take out a gnat with a tank round.
It's funny because strangely enough Mid Zilean wins over 52% of his games the last time I checked (didnt see support zi), but his pick rate is absolutely atrocious. He hardly warrants anything else but an overhaul to his entire kit.
Is Zilean op again?
