The nerfs to his E and Ult hurt him, but now with CoC he is actually really strong if you know what you are doing.

What about against bursty champs like Leblanc?

if LB jumps you You can immediately W E her. Once you get visage leblanc shouldn't be a problem tbh. You have to remember Q is a slow, a well thrown one will keep them in it for awhile. It also functions like Lux E, you can hit Q again to pop it early.
