At what ELO do people start actually knowing what this is? Currently in low Silver not a single person I've asked "Hey can we double jungle" has known wtf Im talking about. I mean, I know we're not good, doesn't mean we don't watch pros and or popular twitch streams. When does double jungling actually become a thing?

Simply because I'm not a sheep. Anyways, I think that forcefully one jungler should be good at invading, and 1v1 the other jungler.
Although we did win the game I had to scavenge for farm xP -- But I think it works great if both are main junglers. They'll know the wherabouts of their enemy jung, counter gank, steal buffs etc. It will be an immense map presence.
The bot will probably have to hold his sh*t together though. Lane freezing should help or some good pick for soloing
Jungle Lux God2 votesDouble jungling will become a thing when Machete allows two junglers to get full gold and experience from monsters they damaged and their team killed, and when a ranged champion is capable of holding off a 1v2 lane without any presence from the jungler while still being able to farm.
When will that happen? Well, we could probably expect this to happen when Riot's balance team messes up so hard that someone is balanced to actually be able to deal with a duo bot lane just fine as a solo laner and Machete gets bugged so that the exp and gold share actually works. Which would probably be, uhh, never.
Linna Excel1 votesThere's not enough gold in the jungle to support 3 junglers (including the one on the enemy team). So it's going to be rare as you'll have issue with money. If one of your junglers can counterjungle the enemy, it might work but it's a gambit at best. Still, having a 1v2 bot lane is not fun. Been there once as a sona because my team didn't communicate what they were doing in champ select and I didn't like it.

Double jungling is okay if you anticipate a laneswap which happens 90% of the time in the LCS.
laneswap rarely happens in lower elo, let alone botlane doing a camp or even draw the minion(so 1 guy gets focused).
Most of the time if you want level 2 and a item advantage on your laner as a toplaner. Just do wolfs solo and TP top after buying and you have a longer lane because they have shoved in.
I would say double jungle is pretty inefficient when there is no laneswap scenario.

I'm not talking about having two junglers, Im talking about the top lane tanking two jungle camps for jungler, sharing xp, then top lane tp to top level 2 with extra pots....
