The fuck is the point of making voice chat for parties only? Parties have there own fucking voice chat already...So stupid..

I agree with the first point. I wouldn't want voice to be normal or expected with randoms though.

well if they just being toxic your not getting cut off..Plus u have pings n chat to make up for it...You not gonna cut the entire team unless they all toxic..This makes no sense

Dota 2 has voice chat and it works just fine. In fact if anything it reduces toxicity because people now know that they could hear a voice retaliate on the other end. Too many SJW's that work at Riot and don't want to get their feelings hurt apparently.
