Teemo needs to have more consistency with this rework!
Teemo was never a consistent pick. In the top lane the lack of engage, hard cc, pilling, tankiness as well the inability to lock down high priority targets or clear severe enemy threats in teamfights makes him a very unreliable pick and kind of reminds me(well sometimes) the old pre-rework urgot. I'm maining for years teemo and i would like to see with this rework a lot more consistency and varience being added to the champion. Let's be honest apart from some gimic strategies, ap control mage/assasin(kind of) teemo has never been a solid option in the meta. Other champions that 100% fullfill this role they completely outclass teemo, because they have a lot more burst, escapes and most importantly utility in the form of hard cc(lb and fizz for example). That's why he can't even make it to the midlane and don't u dare to think about teemo jungle or teemo support(they just never work apart from urf mode, u know...if u get him :( ). Teemo adc? Well we finally come to the point of this post. Teemo adc isn't that bad as a consistent pick it's pretty similar to the on-hit kennen that is a solid pick in the meta ever since he was discovered, but even as an adc he still sucks compare to other adcs: he has no ad scalings whatsoever and the lack of range as well base stats, that are crusial for any adc since their kit its strongly based around numbers, makes him once again an unconsistant pick. However, in order to become viable, teemo doesn't need a full vgu to become a champion and finally become a consistant and respectable pick, only if riot takes the right direction with his playstyle. Making teemo primarly to function as a marksman, where at the end of the day was always ment to be, but not remove the ap version of his kit since this is what grew me up in lol, there will be no need to competely rework his kit because he has become the meme of lol and a champion that builds such a caracter as teemo can't change completely at all. With the direction that u are taking in pbe with him with that mini-rework is good, however is pointing again in the wrong direction(ap teemo). With that current kit, even with a mini rework enfasizing on his current playstyle will still leave him unreliable. However he can function as an adc with that reworked model on pbe due to the on-hit nature in his kit, but he needs numbers to do so. By giving him a bonus ad ratio to his new passive on the on-hit magic dmg(not the poison) as well as giving him a much more reliable way to utilize the attack speed buff from his new e during teamfights(for example make it to have a normal cd and not cool-down twice as fast whie in a brush, be camouflaged out of brush and only invisible in brush and lower the delay on his e to enter stealth based on the ranks on his e and maybe giving more attack speed late game with that element of surprise effect on his e)as well NOT nerfing his base stats that would hurt him as adc(base ad/attack speed, ad/attack speed per level) and a little of range in his autos(or maybe the last one not) will more than make up for it. His q and r from an adc prespective are also very usefull and unique skills because blinding the enemy adc wins a lot of trades in a bunch of senarios and r can be utilized for map control WITHOUT HAVING TO ENPHASIZE ON THEIR DMG OUTPUT(their utilty more than makes up for it). So all in all enphasize on making him primarly an adc and let teemo mains like me to destroy people in solo queau his crit on-hit builds without getting blamed for trolling in the adc position or in the toplane and also troll/annoy bronze kids with dark harvest full ap teemo when i have a bad day ;)
