New Sunfire is just pissing me off. Every tank who cc me just kills me with no problem... it doesnt matter if im mobile adc or immobile.. ADC is just such a weak role from my perspective... Please leave your thoughts and tell me do i suck or ADC's are in a really weak spot. Especially Senna....... Im still triggered that mages have higher winrates than ADC's on bot.

I don't know where you got that from but mages aren't even making it to the list because they aren't strong at bot role right now. Other sites do mention some mages but they are definitely not better than adcs on average and their play rates are very low.

And that is an impossibility because their kits aren't equally good at the same things so the meta determines what adcs are viable at any given time. Just like with every other role.
My opinion: most ADCs are op as fuck and the only reason why they are not played in every role is because they rely on having a support They have superior DPS that can't be dodged so the only way to win 1v1 vs ADC is to either outrange or oneshot them. So, if you are an ADC and a tank oneshotted you: congratulations, they won in the only possible way they could.

Bot lane needs more champion/class diversity than 98.x% AD Marksmen. There is no other position in the game that is so narrowly dominated. Top isn't 98% AD Divers, mid isn't 98% AP Assassins, etc... More pick diversity is bot lane should be seen as a good thing for skilled bot lane players. Imagine this scenario: You're bot lane pick. Your top locks in an AD fighter, your mid locks in an AD assassin, the enemy team locks in two tanks, now it's your turn to pick. Your team has insufficient sources of AP to prevent the enemy tanks from stacking armor. Should you feel forced to lock in an ADC because they're mandatory, or should you have the freedom to round out your team composition by locking in an APC instead?
Marksmen are completely viable, as demonstrated by them still absolutely dominating other classes by play rate. AD marksmen monopolize bot lane but are also played in every single other position. It's absurd to act like marksmen are non-viable when they're usually considered mandatory on every team composition and can compete in every role.
I can list more than one marksman in every single role without even including AP/on-hit marksmen:

The few APCs being taken bot right nearly all have <1% pick rate in most divisions. Even if a few of them have high winrates, that isn't a large enough portion of picks to say that they're outcompeting ADCs. Also if we want a more open meta in bot lane (and many people do), we can't have a knee-jerk reaction to a couple outliers with small sample size. Only once the meta stabilizes with both APC and ADC co-existing in bot lane (25%-33% APC, 66-75% ADC), then can we start to focus on strongly enforcing balance. If the status quo is maintained too strictly too early, then the meta can't shift to a better situation.

being complete aids because of the meme about riot's answer to there being way to much damage in the game was to simply add more damage to the game to the class that doesn't need damage is actually not a meme at all.
I think every role and every champion should be viable having metas and balances that force people to play them because of how strong they are is just not the way the game should be done. The fact theres 150 champions in this game but only about 20 are viable at any given time is terrible
adc's can be stronger if they remove their utility, sustain, mobility or whatever the fuck they were given a long time ago.
i'm not looking to be no counterplayed against champions who shouldn't also be able to kill me with undodgeable bullshit from over 550 range but also get to slow you for 70% making it so you cannot actually decide to fight them, or sometimes run away. 
on top of them having their own abilities where they can use them to decide again that you're not allowed to touch them

i'm exaggerating but fuck that degenerate item . imagine playing a champ like udyr or singed with his only ability to run at you but then they get to noskill you with an item and now you are incapable of harming them, and some of them can run you down afterwards. 
can't tell you the amount of times i went to go get an overextended adc all alone in his little lane just for them to run away with near impunity now on a single item as a no mobility champion. my bad for not being an assassin, or having multiple mobility sklils i guess?
i don't consider wether stormrazor is a meta item on a champion. just the sheer fact they own it and could buy it cucks everyone who doesn't have atleast 1 real mobility skill. ms boost doesn't count.

ADCs are literally the only class role combo in the game required in every match. How much more god damn viable do you want to be exactly? You want to trade your power and pickrate with tanks? Go right ahead, id love to see it.
