Fix Pyke's Ultimate timer

When I get around 3 resets on the ultimate the timer bugs and shows 3-20sec more CD but i can use it between this3-20sec Example The timer shows 23 seconds i press alt+R icon it shows 3 seconds. Riot please fix this <3
