Change Rules to Help Supports

This has been a hectic few days I'm sure for Riot Employees with the whole 'singed support' reddit post being blown up revealing how Riot thinks of players who picks off meta picks.

I think its high time that Riot should update their rules and change 'you can't report players for picking off meta picks' and add 'it is a reportable offense to pick off meta picks' and also add in how to play support without being reported because in the reply from a Riot employee they say how the support singed isn't 'building sightstone'

So please to help us support mains understand how to play support better without being reported can we get a nice set of rules that explains what items we should and shouldn't buy, what champions to pick, what runes to build, and also how to talk to team members because apparently typing an entire paragraph in champion select explaining what you plan to do this game isn't good for communicating. Because we all know, we are supports we can't think for ourselves we are supposed to bow down to every other team member and listen to exactly what they say.
