Rammus is now officially a Turtle(slow)

The new Rammus rework is upsetting I made a previous post which got a lot of mixed opinions. Either way I'm entitled to my own opinion soo IF you disagree or find my opinions bias then leave no one's forcing you to read this.

POWERBALL (Q) Overall changes are okay BUT it gets CANCELLED WHEN USING Zz Rot Portal, Talisman of Ascension, Locket of the Iron Solari, Knight's Vow, Hextech Protobelt-01 & Hextech GLP-800 but IT DOESN'T get cancelled when using Randuin's Omen, Righteous Glory or when Dropping Wards. What's the deal with this????

DEFENSIVE BALL CURL(W) Well league finally got what they wanted Rammus the Ninja Turtle with the 60%SLOW........ (Don't even try to say this fits his kit because it doesnt) Rammus is a ARMOR-dillo that WAS meant to go fast, I first played Rammus and fell in love with him ONLY because he WAS FAST ( A LOT of emphasis on the WAS because YOU RIOT just nerfed him) sooo many times I've used MY Defensive Ball Curl (W) TO avoid dying WHILE BEING CHASED NOW I can't even move yet alone run away OR dodge ABILITIES from ANYONE while using, as others have said cementing myself to the ground.

Frenzying TAUNT (E) Do I need to remind you that Rammus is and ARMOR-dillo???? The Armor reduction was IDEAL for HIS kit this Frenzying Taunt that gives him attack speed is absolutely useless and will cause noobs to play attack speed rammus which barely benefits him

Tremors (R) Overall Changes are OKAY, people keep saying that the slow from your ultimate synergizes well with your W because it slows them. Well news flash you're still too slow to reach them because your ultimate doesn't stack fast enough. Most ADC's now just dash, or walk away laughing and spamming their emotes as soon as taunt is over (W) is/WAS Rammus's main source of Damage and ALSO his main source of Defence. As for the Structure Damage that's nothing new, Rammus's Old Tremor dealt just as much Damage to Turrets. My last concern is I don't see how this now benefits him. With this update riot has made it clear that Rammus IS ONLY viable in the Jungle so forget laning with him. Therefore your only shot at getting a turret is when you gank but that wouldn't be considered a gank because the enemy team would be under turret or behind it.
